Assuming you mean Firefox [Mozilla has other browsers] I'd just install it and when prompted choose to make it your Default browser. I'd not try removing Edge, mainly because it may come back at the next Version Upgrade and also because when programs and Web sites look/call for Internet Explorer to open, Windows has a file, iexplore.exe, that diverts to opening Edge, may run into issues if that doesn't work.
