HYPER-Y on ARM based Surface Pro 9 / Registry Changes to enable HYPER-V

According a Microsoft support agent the HYPER-V functionality can be enabled/activate by changing and adding some Registry entries of my
Surface 9 Pro SD3 3.00 GHz (64-bit operating system ARM-based processor) / W11 V23H2 Build 22635.4010.

Unfortunately he was not authorized to give me the information what need to be changed to enable HYPER-V on my system.
Does anyone have experience with in change registry to enable HYPER-V topic and is willing to help me and tell me what and how to do ?
Appreciate any advices, help and instructions.
