Issues logging into Microsoft account on college laptop

I received a new laptop from my college and unknowingly signed in with my personal Microsoft account. After a few days, they provided us with login details, but now I can't log into that account through the School Account option or any other method. I asked someone for help, and they said it happened because my personal account is logged in as the administrator.
