Old games cannot launch on Steam Deck OLED using Windows 10/11

I have a Steam Deck OLED and I want to play non-Steam multiplayer games, so I installed Windows on a microSD card.
Unfortunately, when I try to open old PC games such as Battlefield 2 Complete Collection and Battlefield 1942, they fail to launch and crash at startup.
I suspect it might be an issue with AMD graphics cards or something else going wrong.
Interestingly, I can launch Battlefield 2 Complete Collection on SteamOS but cannot play multiplayer.
I want to know how to fix this and how to play these games on my OLED using Windows.

Steam Deck OLED has an "AMD custom GPU 0932".
