August 27, 2021 today we are releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.168 to everyone in the Dev and Beta Channels!

Additionally they've provided a small update to the so called Windows 11 minimum system requirements list allowing for a small number of additional Intel 7th Gen Processors

At one CU like this per week, Windows 11 may be ready by Christmas.

 

[Trouble]

Pretty sure it'll be RTM in October, with a public release following not too long afterward.
They won't let their manufacturing partners miss-out on an opportunity to retail a butt load of new PCs for Christmas.
They get to market a new OS and their partners get to sell computers with it preloaded. WIN -> WIN
