A few days ago, I upgraded my Lenovo Duet 3i mini laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Since the upgrade, my Realtek PCIE card reader hasn't been working, and my SD card isn't being recognized.
I've searched for solutions and tried various suggestions. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver multiple times (different versions), checked the BIOS, and updated everything possible. Despite my efforts, the issue persists, and I need help finding the correct driver.
The SD card worked flawlessly before the upgrade and still works on other devices.
