Snipping Tool produces dull, gray images

I have an ASUS VivoBook M65000XV that I bought a few months ago. Recently, I’ve been experiencing a significant issue for my job, as I take screenshots multiple times a day for reports.

Now, whenever I use the Snip & Sketch tool, my screenshots come out with dull colors, almost as if a gray filter is applied. I've already tried reinstalling the Snip & Sketch tool twice, but the problem persists.

Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
