Has anyone come across a situation where, when trying to create/complete/manage scan->folder thru a Win 11 (Home Ed. or Pro) user from a Ricoh 3004ex...the web image settings are correct but there is a "disconnect" when the scanned document tries to reach Win 11 destination folder? These are brand new laptops that should already contain TPM 2.0 security. Ricoh rationalized that it is a Microsoft problem that needs to be addressed. Any thought, ideas, workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
