W-11 File Manager Question

On my desktop, I have two Folders at the very top on the left side, "Tom - Personal". They are identical in every way to each other and the folders in D: Drive.
This condition has been present for a long time, and I have tried everything to eliminate the duplication. Nothing seems to work, and when I try to delete any of the top folders, they are also deleted from D: Drive and OneDrive.

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this type of problem, so I'm hoping members and guests of the forum will be able to help me.

Refering the icon on the main folder represents"cloud" image means OneDrive is being in use .. incase ifyou delete the files in either OneDrive and/or physical computer drive it will synchronise both sides "up and down" .. its better to have another backup copy inthe physical drive in case you have accidentally deleted it ..

.. sorry dont use OneDrive / or any other cloud storages, just few physical USB's :)
