Hi everyone,
My 15-year-old son is part of my family group and recently wanted to buy some Minecoins on the Minecraft store. I purchased $25 in Microsoft credit for him, which was successfully charged to my credit card, and his account shows the $25 in credit.
However, when we try to purchase the Minecoins, we get a message saying, "Contact us at Microsoft support. We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted," along with a link to a troubleshooting page.
I’ve tried logging out and back in, adjusting family group permissions, and making purchases directly from the Microsoft Store (not the Minecraft app), but the issue persists. This problem is happening on PC, not on Xbox or any console.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this? Thanks!
