Currently, I am running Windows 11 23H2 Home version. On the Windows Update, my system is trying to download update for A HP printer that is NOT on my system. I have a Epson AIO that receives updates. When windows try to update to the non-existent HP I receive an error message and goes to retry attempt. I did have a HP printer many years ago that was uninstalled so it is a mystery as to why suddenly Windows Update is trying to update this HP printer. but in any case, can anyone recommend how and where to look within the system to remove any remnants of the uninstalled HP? Thank you

I've seen issues with HP printer updates when changing to a newer one but everything doesn't get cleaned up when removing the old one, some Registry entries are left behind and drive files may still be in the Driver subfolders of Windows. Windows Updates seem to read the computer and notice those entries.
