Windows 11 activation button not working

I’m using an HP14 laptop with Windows 11, and everything was working fine until recently. Now, it’s asking me to activate Windows again. When I click the activate button, the system freezes and I get a Blue Screen of Death. This issue happens not just when I click the activation button, but also randomly while I’m working on the laptop. How can I fix both the activation issue and the Blue Screen of Death? Thanks!

To fix the activation issue, run the Activation Troubleshooter (Settings > System > Activation > Troubleshoot), update Windows, and ensure your digital license is linked to your Microsoft account. For the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), update your drivers (especially graphics and chipset drivers), run sfc /scannow and DISM commands to repair corrupted files, and check memory using Windows Memory Diagnostic. If problems continue, consider a clean Windows install after backing up your files.
