Windows 11 does not support thumbnail view

I just migrated to Windows 11 and find it not to bad with one exception
"IT DOES NOT SUPPORT THUMBNAIL VIEW" I've scoured for weeks the Internet for a fix
But was not successful even tried a program "Publish-Console- Thumbnail Generator"
And it did not work for me. I wonder if anyone here could tackle this problem?
I'm sure there are thousands of people out there that would like to solve this.
Hope to hear from anyone.
