Windows 11 home issue with programs reinstalling themselves

Has anybody running windows 11 home or just windows 11 encountered a problem with programs like One Note or Office 365 reinstalling themselves suddenly?

The magic word for me there is REinstall.

I have never had either in the first instance. Isn't there and option to totally uninstall or similar, in either program?
By the way, a very bad idea to publish your email and/or tel number on a forum!

These are apps from the Microsoft Store that will update themselves automatically. There are quite a lot of apps that do this.

Totally agree with davehc - would strongly suggest you edit your post and remove your email and phone number. Scammers will find it and use it.
