Windows update crashes graphic card setup and screen configuration

Hello I have a new PC with Windows 11. It contains a nice AMD Rynzen 9, an AMD RX 6700 XT and 2 screens.
Almost everytime windows auto-update the graphic card crashes and the computer restarts alone. When it does, AMD drivers do not launch and only one screen work, and games cannot be launched. I had to roll-back all the updates and re-install the graphic card from scratch.
It is getting very anoying!!! Hello engineers at microsoft, what are U doing?
Can you please tell me how to completely stop updates?! ... I tried but th ebest it does is postpone and then the crashes happens again. It is the third time in 3 months or so.

Do you have any other idea how to prevent this to happen?

The tool does not only hide (resp. show first hidden) specific updates but stops them to be installed !
