C drive shows 4th partition almost out of space after last Win 11 update

Applied the latest update to win 11 I believe on the 21st of September.

When running Macrium Reflect to image my C drive I noticed the 4th partition appears to be in trouble.

Should I be concerned and if so, what is the best remedy?

Have a look in the windows explorer. You will find a folder - Win.old -which is there as a backup. It will be removed automatically after a few days.

This is mostly normal. The Upgrade process stored some more data on this Recovery Partition.
There are still 39Mb free. The Recovery function is not affected by this state
