Cant sign in to windows 11

When I turn on my PC it comes up with the windows sign in page and I click sign in but then it comes up saying “Something went wrong Try again, or select Cancel to set up your device later. No matter what I try I can’t get in to my PC.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
