IE 9 has been obsolete for SO LONG now, why would anyone install an obsolete browser?

Could you please post a screenshot of that message? Does it appear within Edge when you're browsing or only on one particular site? I assume it must be a legacy message from a site, as @rfsmith7 suggets.
