Is it just me on this, I could not find anything close to this while searching for the solution?
There is pop-up text when you hover over any item in explorer UI and more then often it is over another item, the problem is that you cannot click through it and it wont disappear until you move your mouse away from it.
A small thing I know but when you are working and in are in a rush it can be really annoying.
My question is can it be turned off or maybe delayed (for example it apears if you hover for 1 second not immediately)?
