Hi, My Laptop is Stuck in BSOD Loop After Battery Replacement

Hi,

My laptop is an HP EliteBook 1030 G4. It had battery issues, so I had the battery replaced. Upon powering on the system, it showed a POST error message and suggested I press Enter to continue, which I did.

The laptop restarted but got stuck on the initial startup screen (the one with the HP logo) for hours, displaying the error message B1Initialize_library_failed at the top of the screen.

After restarting the system again, it went into a BSOD loop with the PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED error message.

Please advise.
