How can I delete an old device from the Windows Security passkey prompt?

I recently factory reset my phone (Pixel 6 Pro) and now need to remove it to resume using it. Currently, when I try to use it, I receive a notification, but the phone never receives it due to the reset. Therefore, I need to add it again. However, I dont know how to remove the device.
