This is new, especially considering that I bought the laptop a month ago. Today, when I attempted to turn it on, I immediately saw an error message.
Despite trying numerous troubleshooting methods such as CHKDSK, startup repair, and even a complete system reset, none of them have been successful. In fact, it won't even allow me to reset the system, displaying a message stating, "there was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made”.
I really don’t know what to do next. I desperately need this computer for school, so any help would be greatly appreciated. If it turns out that the issue is beyond repair, I believe I still have a return policy valid for 30 days.

Don't even consider fixing it, return it just now.
