Internet connection control panel cut off in Win 11

Hi there,
I get this control panel cut off after upgrade to win 11 from win 10.
Any clues?
Have latest win 11 updates so not sure what else to do

This is still an issue after latest KB5007262 update.
Anyone else seeing this?
