The Microsoft Store app isn't functioning properly, constantly claiming there's no internet connection when there clearly is. I've tried disabling antivirus/firewalls, running wsreset.exe, and reinstalling the app via PowerShell but none have worked.
Despite opening a case with Microsoft support and providing screenshots and diagnostic files, I was simply directed to call Microsoft Store support, who in turn advised using the website for assistance. However, the website suggests contacting my system admin to open a case, which I've already done. Can anyone suggest a solution? It seems Microsoft Support has let me down in resolving this issue.
