It should be something like below;

1. Goto Settings -> Storage -> Temporary Files and clear everything (it may take sometime to calculate, so wait and "tick" everything the clear / delete it ..

2. Goto Windows -> Software Distribution folder and delete the entire folder, it may show can't delete some files but ignore it ..

Next .. create a BATCH file .bat use below codes or use Powershell (run as Administrator) copy paste the entire code below, restart computer and try Windows Update again ..

Thank you so much but it didn't work, i ran the code as administrator, and laso restarted and removed the temp files but still the error appears, but this time my Windows update gets more updates

IMHO .. Windows Update must be run step by step, for example as one update has been installed, do not download another update even if it is available / shown in the list ..

The computer must be restarted each update installed, it will "clash" with another supporting files :)
