Laptop won't enter Windows Recovery Environment after restarting. What can i do about it?

Hello! I'm trying to do a clean install, but after installing the creation tool and restarting my laptop, it didn't enter Windows Recovery.
Any ideas?

For a clean install I boot to the USB drive created by the MCT process and start pressing the Esc, F2, F9, F10 or F12 key depending upon the brand of computer which should give a choice of boot devices. I pick the USB and proceed into the installation of Windows.
