There are some forums sponsored by Microsoft, but I find them to be mostly lacking in their support. You could do a web search for Office 365 forums or visit the link below. I am not recommending the site listed, just providing the link.

Thanks, I'll check it out. I don't know why MS removed the option to scan documents/photos/etc into word like that office 2010 did. Just requires additional steps now.
