PC Health Check Incorrect

I ran PC Health Check to verify compatibility with my Surface Book. It tested compatible except it said my Intel i5-7300 CPU was not compatible. However, that CPU appears on Microsoft's list of acceptable CPU's and is a dual-core 2.6 GHz which seems to meet the requirement.
How can I resolve this internal Microsoft conflict so I can get to Win11?

You could just try upgrading, if it works you are good to go; if it don't you'll have to use the CPU check workaround.

Actually, the i5-7300 is not on the list for Windows 11.
