Problems with the startup menu...Again

So i posted about this on the forums before but i couldnt get this fixed.So my taskbar is bugged and looks like the one from windows 10,and i cant open the search menu or use the normal start menu.I reinstalled windows 11 MULTIPLE times and i still have the same problem.Help?

• [BETA CHANNEL] We’re investigating reports from Insiders in the Beta Channel where after upgrading to Windows 11, they are not seeing the new Taskbar and the Start menu doesn’t work. To workaround this if you are impacted, please try going to Windows Update > Update history, uninstalling the latest cumulative update for Windows, and the reinstall it by checking for updates.

Download Windows Insider Preview ISO

Building installation media with that and performing an in-place / upgrade / repair
OR
Even performing a custom clean install if that is a viable option.
