Problems with updating to windows11

My PC went through the installation phase telling me my PC would reboot a few times. Then it says "undoing the changes to your computer" and sends me back to Windows 10. It stated error 0x80070002 0x 20007 Safe_OS install drivers.

I followed the instructions to unplug peripherals and turn off Internet security bus had the same result.

I have no idea what to do now.
