Unable to add Epson XP 420 Printer to my new computer

Hi guys, recently brought a Lenovo desk top idea center 3 Ryzen 5, and unable to add the printer to it. Have tried add printer in settings etc, it says unable to find printer. Any help would be much appreciated, and no I'm not computer savvy.

First you need to connect the printer to a USB port on the PC, and turn the printer ON.
Then run the install software that came with the printer, or if you don't have the CD, then go to Epson and download the software for that printer.
I have the same class of Epson XP-4xx printer, and it installs perfectly on different PC's. But, I always use the CD that came with the printer.

When I worked for Epson, years ago now, they had a Hot Line for Customer support. If they still do, you might give that a shot.
