Win 11 just an Update to Win 10?

I have been all over Win 11, and other than a few improvements its still just Win 10. Video and screen have been improved. The debacle of the TPM requirement and the processor requirements due to the new security platform all existed in Win 10 but wasn't required. They played with the menus a bit. They updated the Start menu which is horrible. Its still Win 10 underneath. Does any else think that Win 11 is just an update to Win 10?

I do. But I do ponder what the ms progrsmmers have actually been doing over past couple of years.
As I see it, sll of the so called changes could have come in an update. The cPU/Tpm security could easily have been offered as an alternative, with an explanation and warning.
