Windows 11 Installation Fails Despite Meeting Requirements?

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 4600G CPU and a GIGABYTE B550 Aorus motherboard. However, Windows 11 installation claims I don't meet the requirements.
CSM support and AMD CPU FTPM are already enabled. What could be the issue here?
