Windows not Activating after re-installation of windows as my Microsoft account had Digital Liscence

Windows not Activating after re-installation of windows as my Microsoft account had Digital License, I went for Troubleshoot and selected for hardware changed option and then clicked another linked devices, it shows empty. but when I go to the website, my device is listed as a registered device. Please help.

Have you changed hardware or did you just reinstall Windows?
If just reinstalled when you were offered the option to enter the key did you skip this? Entering a key during a clean/reinstall of the OS isn’t required as once you sign in with the MS account details it will automatically activate.
Have you tried entering the generic key for your OS?
