Windows 11 sometimes shows it as windows 10

I had severely corrupted windows 11 installation after I took it to the tech. I lost all my data and programs but he finally got it back to windows 11. I did notice that sometimes it still shows up windows 10 even though I know I have windows 11 installed. When I got my PC back from the tech I noticed it needed to be activated again so I put in the serial from my windows 10. I originally had win 7, then got the free upgrade to 10, and then from 10 to 11. Is that why my windows will sometimes say it's 10? The PC is running fine just that little annoyance of saying it's windows 10 or 11. Is this sometimes of concern or let it go? Thanks
