Windows11 Installation Assistant Can't Run.

I tried many times but windows 11 Assistant can't run on my Laptop. I check system configuration by using the PC Health Check app and it meets the requirements of Windows 11.

I don't what is happening.

Error: Can't find the necessary file. Please check if you have permission to write to the installation folder.

You need to run this using an Administrator account.

I had this, I restarted my system then clicked on the installation assistant and it started fine.
