Hi
Elaborating on the title: If I have a custom image set as my wallpaper, and then it's inaccessible (Either by deletion, or on another drive, for example) after a while it simply disappears and is just a black background!
I done a test by copying an image to a specific location and set it as the wallpaper, after I deleted it my background turns black as predicted, if I leave it there it doesn't. A quick way of seeing if the image is going to disappear is if you go into Settings and normally there would be your custom wallpaper in the image of desktop, but in my case (if I delete the image) it's just black.
My problem is that all my data is stored on a separate partition encrypted by Bitlocker so when I first log into Windows it's inaccessible which is what causes the problem, but weirdly I have never had this issue before recently, or in any other version of Windows for that fact.
Can anybody reproduce this? I refuse to believe this is some bug because if it is it's such a dumb one.
