Can't reset microsoft password

When i click on Forgot password, i either don't get the code and it just loads the same window or (when using phone number), i get stuck on recapcha window and after solving it it doesn't move. I tried on different devices and the issue persists.
Can you please advise?

Keep in mind that adding an authenticator app like Microsoft Authenticator can provide easier verification and allows you to sign in such cases.

Update browser, if you're using Edge then it requires latest version of WebView Runtime ..
