Chrome Custom Cookie Craziness

How to make Chrome browser never save cookies only for example.com? I want to allow 3rd party cookies on all websites, but never for example.com. I know how to clear cookies for examples.com, but I am asking for never saving them in the first place, thank you.

Goto SETTINGS in the Chrome browser, at the search box type in COOKIES .. in there you will find some menu called 3rd party bla..bla..bla ..

In there the will an option for you to key-in 3rd party URL to sert not saving the cookies ..
