Chrome & File Explorer Open on Startup

Hi,

For some reason my Google Chrome and File Explorer open on startup even though I don't have them in my start up folder.
Window Key + R, shell:startup. Can someone help me stop this from happening?
Running Windows 11 on my Dell 15" laptop
