Ctrl + T opening weird screen capture software

Hi, I have a pretty annoying issue where pressing Ctrl + T opens a random screen capture software.
This means I can't open a new browser tab with any browser, and I want to get this fixed ASAP. How do I uninstall or disable the screen capture software, or fix this issue?
