Hi,
are you on the insider channel ? (There seems to be a bigger problem with that error).
If not, try from "advanced startup options" (way 5 or 7 should get you there most rapidly): https://www.minitool.com/news/advanced-options-windows-10-009.html
Then try "repair". If it does not work (message: "Windows could not repair"), go to "further troubleshoot options" (or similar) and go to safe mode or remove the update trough the cmd line tool, available from these same troubleshoot options (it starts from "X:", not from "C:" as usual): https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...s-update/ff638684-ceee-465b-8c69-c462fbe4f648 (you need the kb number of the last update)

Nothing worked and none of the recoveries etc.
so i had to use another PC to download win 11 and make a install USB stick.
got back in that way.
all working again now

In my humble opinion the "SHIFT trick" only works when you are inside Windows (re-start).
If you can't enter Windows, it does not work.
I think Microsoft should really offer a more decent option to boot into "advanced startup mode" from a complete shutdown, than to boot and immediately OFF the computer three times ! (The "F 11 key trick" also does not work, at least not for my computer)

Safe Mode ..

just OFF ure compter abd hold left SHIFT key
tried to, it wouldnt go in to safemode and lots of other ways. nothing worked.
soon as the PC had to reboot to do anything. it was back to the boot loop.
system restore etc, nothing.
as posted, its sorted now , by not using the recovery partions on the SSD
