I am worried that Windows Defender fails to complete a full scan and reports no threats found. The last scan status is unavailable.
Even after restarting my PC, the issue persists. How can I resolve this? I managed to temporarily fix it by updating definitions.
Moreover, the scan freezes and remains incomplete even after a PC restart.
I've also tried running an in-place upgrade, which seemed to work temporarily, but the issue returned. Additionally, I performed a clean install of Windows 11, and the first scan completed successfully. However I have the same issue after a few days.
