Not Connected to Any Network, But Internet Works Fine: Unable to Update Microsoft Apps

Hello, I need help with a strange issue. My internet works fine for browsing, but my PC shows that I'm not connected to any network. I've tried most of the solutions found in forums and have even done a clean reinstall of Windows several times, but the problem persists. It shows that both IPv4 and IPv6 are disconnected. How can I fix this?
