PC restarts on its own. Please advise

My PC keeps restarting on its own when left idle for a while. I sometimes run the program before I go to bed and I found it get restarted the second morning.
System log says: The device Goodix fingerprint (location Port_#0003.Hub_#0001) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

And application log says: Successfully scheduled Software Protection service for re-start at 2124-04-05T22:09:06Z. Reason: RulesEngine.

There are several errors and critical entries in the log and I'm unsure which one is causing this issue.

It would be easier to help you , if you'd just fill out your profile, with your system specs.
Right now we don't even know if you have a laptop or a desktop. The two are completely different.

More information would be helpful, if you want an answer to your question.
