Stuck on loading screen after update and shutdown

My computer is stuck on the loading screen. Totally didn't realize there was an update happening, and I forced it to shut down.
I didn't even see any update screen. Been like this for about two hours now and don’t know what to do

Use the F8 key upon start and login as Safe Mode and try uninstall the recent update, else use Media Creation tool and repair the boot ..
