White screen after Windows update

Hello, I recently updated my laptop, and now it boots to a specific screen every time I turn it on, the screen is white. Despite attempting to remove the latest updates through safe mode and even reinstalling Windows, the issue persists. I noticed through using Ctrl+Tab that the screen is related to the Microsoft account.

just restart 2 or 3 times, relax ..it will be ok and don't forcibily remove updates .. and what's the build u were before this?
