Guys, when I try to read the local newspaper, it looks like this. It's half black, the white parts are unreadable. I'm sure it's a win setting and I have alter some but no dice. Can someone help?
Thanks, Ed

The first thing that comez to my mind is:
"Settings / Personalisation / Colors", see screenshot.
Set the first switch to "black" or "white", not to "personalised".
If you set the first switch to "personalised", there are two other switches you can play with below the color palette (not on the screenshot).

But it could also be something in the browser. Which brower are you using ?

I've been using this browser since the '90s.
This whole thing started with win 11, before that, with win 10, everything was fine.

Just checked with the Edge browser and everything is fine.
Need to post at the Opera support forum. Thanks, RogerOver!

I have this EXACT problem & it doesn't matter whether I am using Edge, Chrome or Firefox. It is VERY irritating & frustrating. I have tried all of those items suggested as well. No luck! Baffled in Oklahoma.
I just installed windows 11 yesterday. :(
