I have four similar Windows 11 computers connected to a NAS. After a year of working fine, two computers started losing their drive mappings (red X) and can't see network devices. The web browser works so it's not a network issue.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the Ethernet cable makes the local computer appear in the network list. After some trial and error, network devices reappear, but the drives stay disconnected. Deleting and reconnecting the drive mappings works for a few hours, but the issue recurs. Rebooting sometimes restores the connection, but it often disappears after a few reboots.
There are no NAS locks preventing connections, so why is this happening and how can I fix it?
