Windows Network Diagnostics keeps randomly popping up

Randomly the following pops up on my computer. I don't appear to my knowledge to be having any network issues when it is doing this.

I am running Windows Insider build 22000.434 but this has been happening back to the time I upgraded my Windows 11 from Windows 10 if I recall correctly.

I've reinstalled the network card drivers, and I have reset the networking.
